Exploring the yard in Grounded can leave you exhausted real quick when you’re smaller than an ant. As a survival game, taking care of yourself is a big part of the experience, meaning your character will need nourishment in order to keep on building, crafting, fighting, and adventuring. Your health and stamina are dependent on keeping yourself hydrated, and while basic food and water can be a fine solution, wouldn’t you rather mix up a fresh smoothie that provides an added edge?

If you want to start mixing your own delicious drinks to make your treks across the yard a little easier, we’ve got all the known recipes there are, how to make them, and what bonuses they’ll give.

Before you can start experimenting mixing different ingredients, you’ll need the proper equipment to actually do it. For that, you’ll need to make a Smoothie Station. Just like the other tools and equipment in Grounded, you can’t just make one right away.

How To Craft A Smoothie Station

Thankfully it isn’t very hard at all to get yourself a Smoothie Station in Grounded, so you won’t have to wait long to taste your first creation. Start off by finding some Grub Goob and throwing it in the analyzer at the field station. If you don’t have any Grub Goob laying around, it is found easily enough by digging up grubs around the map. With that done, you’ll have the recipe to craft the Smoothie Station, which is one Acorn Top, five more Grub Goop, and four Sprigs.

All Smoothie Recipes and Effects

Now that you’ve got the Smoothie Station up and running, you can start adding whatever three ingredients you want in to make your own creation. That amount of freedom obviously leads to a lot of possibilities, but we’ve rounded up the best recipes players have found with the most useful effects.

Boost Juice is made from Aphid, Acorn, and Mushroom, and will fill up your stamina, health, and thirst meters.

Liquid Rage needs an Ant Mandible, Spider Fang, and Larvae Spike. This will fill your health and hunger meters, but also boost your attack damage for a time.

Liquid Gills takes Plant Fiber, Cloverleaf, and Eelgrass Strands to give you a buff while underwater.

Fuzz on the Rocks is made from Mite Fuzz, Quartz, and a Pebble. This one is just a standard health and thirst quencher.

Gastro Goo’s recipe is Honey, a Gas Sack, and Fungal Growth, which will replenish your health and thirst, while also making you temporarily immune to toxin damage.

Green Machine comes from Plant Fiber, Sprig, and Cloverleaf. This healthy drink will fill your health and thirst, while also giving a limited hyper stamina buff.

Hedge Lord is all Berry Chunks. Drink this to top off your health, and reduce the rate your hunger and thirst meters go up.

You now have all the tools you will need to start creating your own delicious treats in your miniature adventures across the yard. Just set up your smoothie station in your base, grab some ingredients, and whip yourself up a nice treat with some added buffs!
