Guerilla Games wants PC players of Horizon Zero Dawn to know that they’re listening to complaints of poor performance and are looking for solutions.

Horizon Zero Dawn came out on PC last week, and while some are playing the game without issue, others are noting some pretty bad technical bugs. Crashes, poor framerate, audio and visual stuttering, and anisotropic filtering that just doesn’t work at all are all common complaints from both players and reviewers.

So far, Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition is sitting at a 61%, or a “mixed” user review score on Steam.

But at least it looks like all these complaints aren’t going unheard. Guerilla Games recently posted an update to let players know that they’re listening and they’re working on fixing all these technical glitches as soon as they can.

“We have been monitoring all of our channels and are aware that some players have been experiencing crashes and other technical issues. Please know that we are investigating your reports as our highest priority,” Guerilla Games wrote on Saturday. “Thank you for your patience as we continue to investigate issues; we will update you all as soon as we have more news.”

Reviews from various publications had some pretty harsh words for Horizon Zero Dawn’s PC optimization. Eurogamer called the game “disappointing,” while Ars Technica also failed to recommend the title even after a massive day-one patch. Hopefully additional patches arrive soon.

On the plus side, Horizon Zero Dawn released without Denuvo to gum up the works, so there’s that.
