There is finally a concrete release date for a closer look at Halo Infinite, as it will be featured during the Xbox 20/20 event in July.

Halo Infinite is the next entry in the Halo series and it’s one of the most highly-anticipated games being published by Xbox Game Studios. We have seen almost nothing of the game so far, but we do know that it’s due to be released at the end of 2020 and that it will be coming to Xbox Series X, alongside PC and Xbox One.

It seems that the world is finally ready to witness the next part of Master Chief’s story. According to a post on Halo Waypoint, Halo Infinite will be featured alongside other first-party games during the upcoming Xbox 20/20 event in July. Microsoft is running Xbox 20/20 events every month in order to showcase upcoming titles, as well as promote the Xbox Series X. The last 20/20 event was a dud, due to Microsoft promising gameplay footage, and then showing very little gameplay footage. We just hope that the company has learned its lesson and that the Halo Infinite section is more than a few seconds from a cutscene.
