Bad news for Warner Bros. fans. Hogwarts Legacy, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and Gotham Knights won’t be at E3 this year. That’s confirmed by both Summer Game Fest and a Warner Bros. spokesperson speaking to TechRadar.
All three games were revealed last year, give optimistic 2021 reveals, and were then subsequently delayed to 2022. The delay likely means that there’s not enough for Warner Bros. to show at this year’s E3 and there’s not really much point in creating a brand new trailer for any of them.
So, sad news for perhaps the biggest games coming from Warner Bros., but the good news is that Back 4 Blood is still in the E3 mix. Originally set to release in early 2021, the Left 4 Dead spiritual successor was pushed back five months to October 12, 2021. Expect to see some more gameplay at the Warner Bros. E3 presentation and more details for the upcoming open beta set to launch this summer.

Warner Bros. is hardly the only publisher that’s had to scale back their E3 presentations. Ubisoft won’t show Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake at Ubisoft Forward thanks to a recent delay pushing the game back to 2022. Deep Silver confirmed that Saints Row, TimeSplitters, Dead island, and Metro are all taking a pass on E3 2021, which makes you wonder just what Koch Media even has left to show.
Another anticipated title going without an E3 reveal is Jurassic World Evolution 2. The official Twitter page put a stop to rumors that they’d have a big reveal, but that’s definitely not happening. For what will actually happen, check out our E3 Mega Guide below.
