First, open Steam and log in to your account Next, go to the Games menu at the top of the window Click Add a Non-Steam Game to My Library A list of installed programs will appear, check the boxes next to the games you’d like to install Alternatively, click Browse to manually seek out any games that don’t appear in the list Once, you’ve made your selection click Add Selected Programs
How to add Windows games and apps to your Steam library#
First, you’ll need to download an open-source tool called UWPHook from GitHub When you install the app you may get a SmartScreen notification, but don’t panic, we didn’t find anything untoward with the app Open UWPHook and click the Load installed UWP apps symbol to find your installed programs Find your Windows games in the list a check the boxes next to them Then, click on Export selected apps to Steam and wait for UWPHook to do its thing Once it’s complete, you’ll need to restart your system before the games appear in your Steam library
