How to request your Instagram data report
Login to Instagram Go to Settings Go to Privacy and Security Scroll down to Data Download Select Request Download Submit your email address
Open the Instagram app Tap on the account tab in the bottom right corner Tap on the three lines in the top right Tap on Settings Select the Security tab Select ‘Download data’ Select Request Download Enter your password
