How To Expand Your Amazon Fire Tablet Storage

• Fire 7, Fire HD 8 and Fire HD 10

How do I expand storage? 

‘Incompatible microSD card’ message, what do I do? 

Use SD card as internal storage on Fire tablet

Move Fire tablet apps or data to the SD card

• Open Settings  Tap ‘Storage’  Select ‘Move data to SD card’  On the next screen confirm that you want to move data/content

• Open Settings Tap ‘Storage’  Select ‘Move apps to SD card’  Read the pop-up warning, then tap ‘Move apps’
