The HTC One M9+ is better than the regular M9 and we can’t help feeling this is the phone HTC should have launched earlier in the year. There’s a lot of refinement, plenty of power and a great added fingerprint scanner. But the camera is weak and looking weaker against the competition and that’s something of a problem.
