To recap

Hyundai might have been thinking about the Tesla Model 3 when it came up with the Ioniq 6 as there’s plenty here to pique the interest of anyone after a long-range capable, all-electric saloon. The Ioniq 6 is built on the already well-proven E-GMP architecture as used for the Ioniq 5. However, the styling is all sumptuous curves, which results in a 0.21 drag coefficient.

As a result of that, the 77.4 kWh battery model can deliver up to 381 miles of range on a single charge. Add in comfort, lots of tech and a genuinely unique appearance and the Hyundai Ioniq 6 is hugely impressive.
