After announcing that Halo 5: Guardians went gold last week, retail copies of the game have leaked early, potentially landing in the hands of eager gamers. Thanks to some photos that have surfaced online, eager fans are now able to get a good look at the box art including the back which holds a lot of additional information....

Halo Infinite’s initial gameplay reveal may have been met with a mixed reception, but there is plenty to look forward in the upcoming game. Namely, Halo Infinite is bringing back split-screen support after it was missing from Halo 5: Guardians, and now Head of Design at 343 Industries, Jerry Hook, has offered some clarification as to how exactly the upcoming first-person shooter’s split-screen will work. The Windows Mixed Reality platform on Windows 10 PCs offers a combination of virtual reality with a “sense of presence.” Beyond selling affordable VR headsets, Microsoft is partnering up with several companies in order to create new VR games and experiences. Today, Microsoft announced the “first wave” of this content plan, confirming that it will include Halo developer 343 Industries. The developer will “bring future Halo experiences into mixed reality,” said Microsoft technical fellow Alex Kipman....
