Esports data platform GRID has teamed up with UK-based charity Rethink Mental Illness for a CS:GO charity event. The event, called The Fight Before Christmas, aims to raise awareness and funds for mental health issues. The event will take place live on Twitch on December 6th. The Fight Before Christmas will see mixed gender teams battle in CS:GO’s Wingman 2v2 game mode. The event hopes to promote diversity with the mixed teams, with WIDE....

The Los Santos Summer Special DLC update has been live in Grand Theft Auto Online for a little more than a week, and there is plenty to do for new and returning players. There are new vehicles to buy, missions to accomplish, and several quality-of-life improvements. Showing Off Your Newest Ride The update brings 15 new vehicles to choose from, ranging in type from supercar, to racing, to vintage. There are several new off-roaders, 30 new sets of Street Wheels, and new tire designs as well....

Last month, any player that logged into Grand Theft Auto Online had a free GTA$500,000 deposited directly into their Maze Bank accounts. It seems that Rockstar Games is not done handing out free money in GTA Online, though, as the developer has recently announced that there is another GTA$500,000 up for grabs, and indeed it is extremely easy to claim. Specifically, all a player needs to do to receive this free money in GTA Online is play the game at some point in May....

At E3 2019, Microsoft closed its press conference with a new Halo Infinite cinematic trailer and revealed that Halo Infinite will be a launch title for the next Xbox, which is currently being called Project Scarlett. While Xbox Scarlett is not set to release until holiday 2020, it seems that fans will not have to wait that long to try out the next entry in the Halo franchise, as 343 Industries has announced that Halo Infinite beta tests are forthcoming....

Right now in Hearthstone, there are ten playable classes, each with their own unique set of cards, strengths, weaknesses, Hero Powers; sometimes even entire mechanics. I was not allowed to see Hocus Pocus when it opened in theaters in 1993. Homefront: The Revolution is a mediocre FPS that squanders an intriguing concept, but worst of all the game is not fun to play and overwrought with repetition. The original Homefront was a clever idea that never delivered in its execution, an alternate history first person shooter with very little substance. As one of the most critically-acclaimed and best-selling games of 2017, Horizon: Zero Dawn has shown that there is still great interest in strictly single player experiences. However, at one point in time, the game was actually planned to include co-op gameplay. This is according to Horizon: Zero Dawn game director Mathijs de Jonge, who spoke about the game’s development with YouTube channel Noclip. As explained by de Jonge, co-op was a part of the earliest Horizon: Zero Dawn prototype, but if the team wanted to include the feature in the game, they would have to cut about half of the other features that they wanted....
