Not many would argue against Rockstar Games being one of the most prolific video game companies in the industry, as it holds several major video game properties under its belt: Grand Theft Auto, Red Dead Redemption, Bully, and perhaps even further back, Manhunt, Midnight Club, and so many more. Nowadays, however, those who think of Rockstar Games think of one of the first three. This is partially due to the company’s acute adaptation and reinventions over the year....

Despite having been available for nearly five years at this point, Rockstar Games continues to bring free updates to Grand Theft Auto Online, GTA 5’s multiplayer component. Now, the developer has decided to boost the nightlife scene for the streets of Los Santos with fresh content. Starting in July, players will get an update called Nightclubs, with Rockstar explaining that a “well-known, well-connected and somewhat financially sound impresario the underground dance club scene” is funding this operation....

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick reveals that Grand Theft Auto Online recently had its best week ever, and that players are still “highly engaged” with the mode. Earlier this week, Rockstar Games’ parent company Take-Two revealed that Grand Theft Auto 5 has now shipped over 60 million copies. Harvest Moon fans will be likely be delighted to know that two related companies have made announcements regarding upcoming remakes. Marvelous Inc. has confirmed that the Nintendo Switch remake of beloved Gameboy Advance titles, Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town and Harvest Moon: More Friends of Mineral Town will be coming to North America and Europe. Meanwhile, Xseed Games, the North American publisher for the game series, confirmed that the remake will be released in North America under the name Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town....
