Grand Theft Auto 5 modder t0st managed to discover a CPU bottleneck in the PC version of the game’s multiplayer mode which slows down loading screens to such an extent that it became a running joke in the community. Their fix got them a $10,000 reward from Rockstar Games itself. The modder claimed that the loading screen wait reduction was by a staggering 70% and went as far as to say, “[It] shouldn’t take more than a day for a single [developer] to solve....

Square Enix finally let the cat out of the bag when it revealed its next big project during its E3 2021 Conference. And that project was Guardians of the Galaxy, their second Marvel property following last year’s Marvel’s Avengers. But years before the people at its Eidos-Montréal studio had even begun work on their Guardians of the Galaxy game, another developer had already taken a crack at adapting the beloved Marvel IP....

During Nintendo’s Indie World showcase this afternoon, developer Amanita Design unveiled a new trailer for Happy Game. A twisted horror title that is a massive departure from the studio’s typically happy style, it is currently slated to hit PC and Switch sometime in Spring 2021. It will be directed by Jaromír Plachý, who previously directed both Chuchel and Botanicula.
